From today the new Student Experience website with linked real estate management system is live! These innovations not only contribute to an even better Student Experience, but are also part of our strategy for further expansion. This year the fourth location in the Minervahaven in Amsterdam will open and we are working on locations in Spain.
Experience 2.0
The new website and the accompanying new system are making significant difference in efficiency and service. The integrated system ensures that students can easily and quickly arrange a lot of matters themselves and gain more insight into data and available information. Also on the website, both students looking for a studio and students who already live at Student Experience can find their way better. This way, the online and offline experience are more in line with each other.
Studio rental
We are also starting a new way of renting out studios via the new website. From now on everyone can register for a studio and it will be allocated by automatic drawing. In this way we strive to equalize the chance of a studio for every student. The rental of our new location, Student Experience Amsterdam Minervahaven, will soon be added to this. In a few months 600 students will be welcomed in the most sustainable student complex in Amsterdam.
New names, same service
With the new website, the old location names will expire. We have chosen to give the complexes the name of the location:
- Ravel Residence becomes Student Experience Amsterdam Zuidas;
- AmstelHome becomes Student Experience Amsterdam Amstel;
- Nautique Living becomes Student Experience Amsterdam NDSM.
The complex to be opened, known until now as Student Experience International, will be renamed Student Experience Amsterdam Minervahaven. But whatever location you choose as a student, you will get a modern studio, a complex that is fully equipped, a safe place to live and personal service. In short; the ultimate Student Experience!
